Can you help me get text messages off my husband 's / boyfriend’s/ wife's / girlfriend's / daughter's / son's cellphone?
So here's the answer, the simplest answer I know to your question as to how to get (steal) others text messages or call history, is to snatch up the phone while they're sleeping or in the shower.
But, probably they're careful not to leave it lying around. They may suspect you would do exactly what you're thinking about doing. I suspect they also are careful to delete messages and numbers from the phone before they get around you – same with call history. Chances are you won't find anything!
Now, I admit there are gadgets that can recover deleted messages, and call history but again you would have to have access to the phone for a considerable period of time in order to get access to the SIM then download the information onto a flash drive component. There's many other methods to do what you want to do, but the question is; will we help you - and the answer to that question is NO, absolutely not! Continue to read as to why.
Actually - It is wrong!
ACCORDING TO THE LATEST COURT RULINGS - IT IS ILLEGAL to read someone's text messages, and emails - just like it is illegal to tap into an individual's phone or take their mail out of their mailbox WITHOUT THEIR PERMISSION. So, will we help you do something illegal. NO!
Instead I always suggest the very unpopular and very hard method of getting this information - start with asking them and yourself a few hard questions.

The real question should not be how to get their text messages, but why do you feel the need to? There is obviously a major trust problem in the relationship if this sort of measure is under consideration.
First off, who is creating the problem?
This is the time to begin with some really tough soul-searching. If they're the type of person who simply can't be trusted, and would deny everything if they were confronted with a suspicion, even if the allegations were true, then it would be best to end the relationship if it's a pre-marriage situation.
Give them the benefit of the doubt.
If they happen to be a generally good person, or kid who would not stray from your expectations of the relationship under normal circumstances, or is not really giving any kinds of obvious reasons for suspicion, there are two possibilities. The issue maybe with you having trust or control problems, especially if prior relationships have collapsed because of these same circumstances.
Evaluate the issue thoroughly!
As with post-marriage, or with children, well that's a different story than what was mentioned above with girlfriends, boyfriends. You're kinda stuck in these relationships to some degree, so what do you do? If it's a child or
spouse, evaluate your expectations of them to determine the parameters that constitute TRUST in your relationships to see if you're
being fair with them, and yourself. Maybe even include a close friend or minister in this process just to insure you get an objective viewpoint. And if you conclude you're being fair, then
maybe you're right, they're simply not meeting your expectations of
trust and something needs to be done.
The RIGHT answer.
The same advice holds true for all of these situations. THE BEST WAY, (yet, by no means, the easiest) IS TO HANDLE THE SITUATION AS AN ADULT, AND TALK TO THEM ABOUT IT. Most importantly you need to verbalize, and in some cases re-verbalize your expectations of trust in the relationship. By listening more than talking about this issue you'll stand the chance to learn something valuable about the other person, and maybe even yourself.
Bottom line.
If you do something to turn this person against you they can have you arrested for stealing what they have the legal right to expect kept private! In the event a divorce hearing is in your future just remember; any evidence gathered illegally can not be used in court to help your case, but it most certainly can be used to bring criminal charges against you and anyone that has helped you gather it.
A legal option for some cases.
Here's something to consider; if in your case you have signed the cell phone agreement that the phone is billed to and have on-line
access to the account information you can see all of the telephone numbers the
text messages go back and forth from, and any in-coming and
out-going calls. Unfortunately this will still not allow you to view the text messages themselves. Again, you can do all of this legally, however, it’s still not a good idea for this reason.
Betrayal of trust
Keep this in mind, if they're innocent of whatever you suspect, and they they find out what you've done - they will most certainly feel betrayed and this could lead to a much bigger problem than you think you have already!
Now lets get down to some real investigations!

few well-spent dollars you may be able to locate your missing person fairly quickly, and with a big savings to your wallet.
